OVERVIEW

SECTION 1 - ACCOUNT & ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

1. By accepting these Terms, you confirm you have reached the age of majority in your residential region. If minors use our Services under your supervision, you shall bear full responsibility for all their orders and operations.
2. To complete purchases, you must submit accurate, valid information including your email, shipping address, contact number, billing and payment details. All submitted information must be true and complete.
3. You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. All orders, inquiries and operations logged under your account belong to your liability. Account transfer, resale or authorization to third parties without our written approval is prohibited.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATIONS

1. We strive to display real photos and clear descriptions of used/refurbished laptop motherboards. Due to differences in screen resolution, color calibration and display devices, slight visual differences between online pictures and physical goods are normal and not deemed product defects.
2. All motherboards are pre-tested before shipment, but we do not guarantee every unit will fully match your personal equipment compatibility expectations. Compatibility issues caused by mismatched notebook models are not covered by free return without prior consultation.
3. Product specifications, prices and stock quantities may be adjusted without advance notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to stop selling any product, restrict order quantities or limit sales to specific countries and regions.

SECTION 3 - ORDER RULES

1. Submitting an order is regarded as a purchase offer. We retain full rights to accept or reject any order for reasonable reasons including abnormal bulk orders, high-risk shipping regions or information mismatch. An order is only confirmed valid after we receive and verify your full payment.
2. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. If we reject, modify or cancel your order, we will notify you via your registered email or phone.
3. All returns and exchanges strictly follow our independent Return & Refund Policy.
4. All products sold are for personal maintenance and household use only. Bulk purchase for commercial resale, secondary distribution or illegal export without customs declaration is forbidden.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT

1. Product prices, discounts and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. The final charge is the price displayed at the moment you submit your order. Unless marked separately, listed prices exclude international shipping fees, handling charges, destination import duties, customs taxes and VAT.
2. Promotional activities carry separate additional rules. If there is a conflict between promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion clauses shall prevail.
3. You must provide valid payment information and update your billing details timely to guarantee successful transaction processing. You warrant that your payment card is legally authorized for your use, and you will settle all order fees including product value, shipping and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER

1. All delivery times provided on the website are estimated references only, not guaranteed delivery deadlines. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics carriers, customs clearance, force majeure or uncontrollable external factors.
2. After goods are handed over to the designated logistics carrier, the ownership and risk of loss, damage or loss of goods transfers entirely to the buyer.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. All website text, product images, testing videos, logos, layout design and brand marks belong exclusively to Guangzhou Xiyue Trading Co., Ltd. or our authorized suppliers, protected by international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
2. You may only use website content for personal shopping reference. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, commercial reprinting or secondary creation without our written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. The Shopify brand, logo and related trademarks are the exclusive property of Shopify Inc. Other third-party brand marks displayed on the site belong to their respective owners.

1. When you submit product reviews, usage feedback, suggestions or photos to our store, you grant us a permanent, global, royalty-free non-exclusive license to edit, display and reuse such content for store operation, product promotion and customer service without additional compensation to you.
2. You guarantee all feedback content you publish does not infringe third-party copyright, portrait or reputation rights, and contains no illegal, slanderous, pornographic or virus-carrying code. We reserve the right to delete any inappropriate reviews without prior notice. We are not obligated to reply to all customer feedback.

• Violating local cross-border trade, customs, tax and electronic commerce laws;
• Infringing our or third parties’ intellectual property rights;
• Sending spam, phishing information, abusive remarks or malicious harassment to our customer service;
• Impersonating other users, merchants or official staff to conduct fraud;
• Deploying crawlers, scraping tools, automated bots or AI collection scripts to grab website data, bypass anti-crawler verification or crack access restrictions;
• Uploading computer viruses, malicious scripts or attack programs to interfere with website normal operation.
  
  
  We reserve the right to freeze or terminate your account permanently without notice once prohibited conduct is confirmed.
