Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders will be shipped out within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
We do ship on weekends and public holidays.
Our warehouse is located in Foshan, Guangdong, China. All laptop motherboards are tested fully before shipment to ensure normal boot.
2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide via reliable cross-border logistics providers:
Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery 15–35 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery 7–18 business days
Transit time is an estimate, delays may occur due to customs inspection, local postal backlog or unexpected logistics issues, which are out of our control.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight, destination country and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions will be marked clearly on product pages when available.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees or any local taxes charged by your country’s customs authority.
We will declare the actual item value according to cross-border rules, we cannot manipulate declared value to avoid customs tax.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to the address filled in your order; no address changes after shipment.
PO Box addresses may not be supported for heavy/large motherboard packages.
Prohibited regions will be blocked automatically at checkout.
6. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
All packages have tracking numbers, you can track the full logistics status after we send it.
If the package is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier, we will arrange a reshipment or full refund after official logistics proof is provided.
If the item arrives damaged: Please provide unboxing video + clear photos within 48 hours of receipt, we will solve the problem for you (replacement/partial refund as negotiated).
We do not cover compensation for delays caused by customs, local postal strikes, force majeure.
7. Unclaimed / Refused Parcels
If you refuse the package or fail to pick it up from local post office, return shipping cost and related handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
8. Special Note for Laptop Motherboards
All motherboards are tested before sending. The board you receive matches the model described on the product page. Please confirm your laptop model compatibility before placing the order; we do not bear return shipping cost if you purchase the wrong model by mistake.
