Return & Refund Policy

1. General 90-Day Return Eligibility

We offer a 90-day return window for all orders. You may submit a return request within 90 calendar days after you receive your laptop motherboard.

All returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for return:

The motherboard retains the original intact "Bighao" identification label;
The hardware is kept in its original received physical condition with no cosmetic damage;
You must provide the original order receipt or purchase proof for verification.

How to Start a Return

To file a return request, reach out to our support team in advance via zhengdaqian1008@outlook.com. We will send you the official return shipping address after review.

Unauthorized direct returns without prior application will not be accepted.

If your return application is approved, we will supply a pre-paid return shipping label together with step-by-step packaging and delivery guidelines for your shipment.

2. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please fully inspect your motherboard immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, physically damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, contact our support team right away so we can evaluate your case and provide a resolution promptly.

3. Non-Returnable Exclusions

Returns will be rejected for any damage caused by human error, including but not limited to:

Short circuit from incorrect installation or improper operation;
Functional failure caused by user misconfiguration;
Physical scratches, cracks or component damage from dropping, collision or disassembly without authorization.

4. Product Exchange Service

We do not support direct one-for-one exchanges. The fastest solution is to submit a return request for your current item, and place a brand-new separate order once your return inspection is passed.

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For all orders delivered to the European Union, you hold the statutory 14-day cooling-off right:

You may cancel your order or return the product for any reason within 14 days before shipment is dispatched, with no additional conditions.

If the goods have already been shipped out before your return request, you shall bear all outbound and return shipping fees.

All standard return conditions still apply to EU returns: the motherboard must keep the original "Bighao" label intact, remain in original physical condition, and be accompanied by valid purchase proof.
