Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after full payment is confirmed.
Shipment service is suspended on weekends and official public holidays.
Our warehouse is based in Guangdong, China. Every refurbished laptop motherboard undergoes full functional testing before dispatch to guarantee normal startup performance.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Time
We provide worldwide cross-border delivery via trusted international logistics carriers for most countries:
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated transit 15–35 business days
- Expedited Shipping (subject to availability): Estimated transit 7–18 business days
All delivery times are reference estimates only. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs inspections, local postal backlogs, carrier operational failures or other uncontrollable logistics incidents.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is auto-calculated at checkout according to product weight, destination country and selected shipping solution.
Any free-shipping promotional offers will be clearly labeled on corresponding product pages during valid periods.
4. Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges and local tax fees imposed by your national customs authority upon arrival.
We strictly declare the true actual value of goods in compliance with international cross-border trade regulations. Requests to alter declared values for tax avoidance will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Limitations
We only deliver to the shipping address submitted at checkout; address modifications are unavailable once the parcel has been dispatched.
PO Box addresses are not supported for heavy and oversized motherboard packages.
Orders to restricted/prohibited delivery regions will be automatically blocked on the checkout page.
6. Lost, Damaged or Defective Parcels
A unique tracking number will be provided for every order, allowing you to monitor full logistics progress online after shipment.
- Lost parcels: Once the logistics carrier officially confirms the package is lost, we will offer either a full refund or complimentary reshipment upon receiving official loss certification.
- Damaged goods upon receipt: You must submit complete unboxing video and clear defect photos within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. We will resolve the issue via replacement or partial refund based on negotiation.
We exclude compensation for delivery delays triggered by customs detention, local postal strikes or force majeure events beyond our control.
7. Unclaimed or Rejected Parcels
If you refuse to sign for the parcel or abandon pickup at your local post office, all return freight and relevant handling charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.
8. Special Notice for Laptop Motherboards
Every motherboard is fully tested before shipment, and the delivered item matches the exact model described on the product listing.
Please double-check compatibility with your laptop model prior to placing an order. We will not cover return shipping expenses if you mistakenly purchase an incompatible mainboard due to personal misjudgment.
